1) Prizes are non transferable nor have any cash value. Prizes are as-is.
2) No purchase necessary.
3) Winner must be 18 years of age or older to enter and win, and have a social security number. A second piece of identification may be required to claim prize.
4) Employees of Regent Broadcasting, sponsors, their families, agencies and representatives are not eligible to win. Employees of other West Michigan area radio stations are not eligible.
5) Special restrictions may apply.
6) Contest release forms are required to be signed by all winners of prizes.
7) Subject to Federal, State and local taxes, laws and regulations.
8) Winner is responsible for all other costs. Winner is responsible for any additional taxes incurred on prizes.
9) Winner agrees to let Regent Broadcasting and sponsors use their name, photo, voice or likeness for promotional purposes in any manner deemed appropriate.
10) Regent Broadcasting and sponsors reserve the right to amend or revise the rules at anytime without notice. Additional copies of these rules are available without charge at the Regent Broadcasting studios, 50 Monroe NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503 during regular business hours.
11) Regent Broadcasting is not responsible for late, lost or unreadable entries.
12) Regent Broadcasting assumes no liability for accidents, theft or any other incident in relation to the use of this prize.
13) In fairness to all listeners, only one winner per household is allowed in a 30 day period.
14) Prizes must be picked up within 30 days of winning, or they will be forfeited. If there is an event date or expiration date of the prize, it is the prize winner’s responsibility to use the prize or certificate in a timely manner.
